Your order is placed in a plastic sleeve and then sent within a sturdy cardboard envelope to ensure the ad does not bend in transit.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY?

We offer a 100% refund on the product (minus the shipping fee) should you not be happy with your purchase.

Your order must have been purchased no less than 10 days prior to you wanting a refund and an email be sent to hello@vintageadcompany.com.au within 10 days of purchase explaining your reasons for a refund. We do not pay, or credit you for the return shipping. This is the purchasers responsibility.

Money (minus shipping fee) will only be refunded on return of the ad ensuring it is in the condition it was sent.
